Steam saunas for public facilities.

For large steam saunas in a hotel, spa or public swimming pool, you can combine a Tylö sauna heater with a Tylö VA steam generator. This enables you to offer traditional sauna bathing and the gentler sensation of a steam sauna in one and the same room. Another advantage of steam saunas is that this bathing form eliminates the problems associated with scorched panels that are such a common headache in public facilities. In other words, a steam sauna not only offers bathers more alternatives, it also helps minimise maintenance costs.

Choosing the desired bathing mode is simple. Just key in the temperature and humidity values (for example, 45–65°C and 40–65% RH for steam saunas) on the control panel. These settings will then remain constant during the entire bathing cycle. Afterwards, an automatic air-drying function is activated to reduce humidity to a normal level..

Electronic model for remote or touchcontrol operation. May also be connected to an external switch or computer, or used to turn the sauna on and off via a phone line. Features include an energy-saving divided output and automatic drying function after a steam sauna. Control panels must be combined with a suitable sauna heater, relay box and steam generator as shown in the table below.

CC 200 (Art. 7111 5113)
Switchable between 3 and 12 hours running time or continuous operation. 24-hour pre-programming facility. Display for temperature, humidity and time with instructions in 7 languages. Also features switch for sauna lighting, clock with unlimited back-up power in the event of electricity cuts, security code, plus an energy-saving stand-by function (see description on right). The CC 200 also has a built-in weekly timer that stores details of automatic on/off times, day-by-day temperature/humidity settings and up to 4 different bathing programmes per day.
